Yara Farmers Curling Championship
Midcalder members were in action at this years Yara Farmers Curling Championship in various teams.
The Yara Farmers Curling Championship is Europe's largest annual curling competition, With 80 teams playing in 20 sections.
Highlights from this years competition were Basil Baird's Team qualifying second in there group with two wins and one loss to qualify them into the low road competition. Unfortunately they lost 4-3 in the last 32 knock out game.
Alan Russell's team won there group with three wins to qualify them to the high road. They then made it all the way to the Semi-Finals where they lost 7-6 to Calum Harvey in a extra end.
