Russell Wins Title Decider
Alan Russell and his team of John Sinclair, James Baird and Lynn McEwen won the 2012 Stoddart Cup in a tight title decider against Stewart Barr and his team of Graham Russell, Alan Graham and Isabel Graham.
Alan's team got of to a better start, when they raced into a five one lead after five ends. Stewart's team then bounced back when they won the sixth and seventh ends with two's to tie the match again at five all. Alan hit for a two in the seventh end to take the lead again. Stewart was only able to draw for a single in the last end, leaving Alan and his team 7-6 winners.
