Pate Trophy

Midcalder team of Ian Keron, Scott Baird, Graham Young and Jim Wilson represented Midlothian Province in Pate Trophy vs Borders Province in Kelso on Saturday 16 March.

Midcalder played against Greenlaw CC and after a hard-fought game where both teams had chances for big ends, Midcalder finished 5-4 winners.

Borders Province wins overall 50-47 over the eight games played.

Basil Baird played as well, in his role as Province President, losing narrowly to Borders President Michael Sutherland.
