Daytime Chillers Underway

 Midcalder Curling Club debuted their Chillers League, which comprised of three Midcalder Team's, Livingston Curling and Peebles Curling Club. 

The first game was Midcalder A skipped by Robert Smellie taking on Midcalder B skipped by Christine Hamilton. It was Midcalder A that got off to the best start by leading 8-0 after four ends. Midcalder got on the scorecard by winning the next two ends. Midcalder A won the final end and the match 9-2. 

The second Game was Livingston Curling Club skipped by Stewart Cairns taking on Midcalder C skipped by Andrew Brash. Livingston won the first two ends before Midcalder C then won the next three ends to lead 7-2. The last two ends were traded with two's giving Midcalder C an 9-4 victory.
