Sinclair Goes Top After Stoddart Opener
John Sinclair started the Stoddart Cup league with a win against Stewart Barr. John's team had moved into a 7-0 lead after three ends before Stewart started his comeback with a 3 in the fourth end, the teams traded the last four ends given John's team a 9-6 win.
Andrew Brash's team got off to a good start against Basil Baird's team when they lead 5-2 at the halfway point. Basil's team closed the gap to one point in the fifth before Andrew's team won two of the last three ends to win the match 7-5.
