Bob Sails His Way To Cousland Cup Title

In a night when the rain had made some travel problems for some players, it wasn't enough to stop Bob Graham from winning the Cousland Cup title.
With the title in Bob's hands, his team made a great start when they went 3-0 up after two ends. His opponent John Baird then got on the scorecard with a single in the third end, before Bob scored a 2 in the fourth end. The last two ends were traded with singles giving Bob Graham and his team of Harry Macpherson, Alan Crawford and Willie Russell the win and the Cousland Cup title.
Second was meant to be up against third in the league but unfortunately for Alan Ogilive three players including himself were stuck in traffic and as time ran out the game was awarded to Graham Russell with a 6-0 win. This Meant the team of Graham Russell, Basil Baird, Lynne McEwen and Isabel Graham win the Cousland Cup Sheld for Runners-up.
Andrew Graham was hoping to get his first win in the league in the weeks final game. The game was going well for Andrew as his team leads 4-3 at the halfway point in the game, but a strong finish from Graham Young's team gave them a 9-4 victory.
