Dun But Not Out
Midcalder Curling Club was taking part in this year's Pate Trophy which sees Mid Lothian Province up against Border Province in a competition that dates back to 1961.
The Midclader team of David Baird, Ian Keron, Alan Russell, and Bob Graham took on Duns Curling Club.
The Midcalder team played very well, but unfortunately, not all the shots came off for Midcalder as they lost the game 12-4. On a brighter note, Midcalder did help Mid Lothian win the Pate Trophy as all the scores from the seven matches are combined to give the overall winner and Mid Lothian won 54-39.
