Lockerbie Junior Invitation 2016
Four Midcalder Junior members were playing in the Lockerbie Junior Invitation part of the Asham Under 21 Slam series.
David Baird had the best results getting to the men's final where he lost 7-2 to Team Whyte. James Baird playing in Team McNay qualified for the semi-finals where they lost to Team Whyte 5-4 and then lost the 3/4 game against Team Carson 7-1. Ewan Barr playing in Team Cormack finished third in Group B of the Junior Men's and Rebecca Baird playing in Team Dandie also finished third in Group B of the Junior Women's.
