David Moves Clear at Top of Broom

 Game 3 saw Basil Baird's team take the early lead in the Torphichen Broom after scoring a two in the second end. Ian Keron's team replied by winning the next three ends to lead 6-2. Basil's team scored a single in the seventh end, but it wasn't enough as Ian's team won 6-3.

The next game saw Graham Young's team score two threes in the first two ends to lead 6-0. Stewart Barr's team then blanked the third end and then scored singles in the next two ends. the last two ends were blanked and with Graham's team receiving three shots for Stewart's team only having three players, Graham's team would win 9-3. 

The final match saw the top two teams up against each other. Colin Howden blanked the opening end, but then David Baird's team won the five ends of the match. The last two ends were blanked leaving David's team winning the match 6-0.
