Lucky 13 For Stewart As Scott Slips Up
Stewart Barr's team were on fine form last night as they saw off Bob Graham's team. Christine Hamilton was skipping Bob's team on the night and they got off to a good start when they won the first end. From there it was all Stewart as they rattled off the next 6 ends to win the match 13-1.
They were no brotherly love in the nights other match. Scott Baird was up against his brother David who was standing in for his Dad Basil. The match could have gone anyway with both teams holding the lead at various points. It looked like Scott's team had done enough when they lead 7-5 after 6 ends. But back came David, they leveled the match in the 7th end and stole a single in the last end to win the match 8-7.
