Scott The Unbeatable

 The final Cousland Cup game saw technically two teams still in the hunt for the title. Graham Russell's team needed a big win to have any chance of winning the Cousland but found themselves  4-3 down at the halfway point in the game. Things only got worse for Graham as Leasley Barr's team won the next two ends to lead 7-3. Graham's team scored a single in the last end, enough to stay third in the league as Leslay won the game 7-4.

It was top versus bottom in the second match as Scott Baird hoped to keep their unbeaten run going and Bob Graham after their first point. A Good start by Scott's team saw them go 4-0 up after two ends. Bob's team won two of the following three ends to tie the match, Scott's team held their nerves as they scored two twos in the last three ends to win the match 9-6 and take the Cousland Cup. 

Congratulations to Scoot Baird, Alan Russell, Harry Macpherson, and Douglas Wood for winning the Cousland Cup. 

Congratulations also to John Sinclair, Alan Oglivie, Alan Graham, and Anne Keron for winning the Henderson Shield for being runners-up.
