Two Out Of Two In Province League
Midcalder Curling Club made it two wins out of two in the Mid Lothian Province League Division Two after defeating DAFS in a close game.
Playing for Midcalder on the night was David Baird, Basil Baird, John Sinclair and Jim Wilson who got off to a great start by scoring a 3 in the first end before DAFS tied the match back up by the fourth end at 4-4. Midcalder then raced back into the lead again with a 4 in the fifth end and then held on as they lost the last two ends but won the match 8-7.
