Unbeaten Run Continues For Basil in Stoddart

 Game 3 of Midcalder's Stoddart Cup League saw one close game and not so close. 

Basil Baird's team was trying to keep their unbeaten run going and got off to a good start leading 5-1 after three ends. Laura Barr's team leveled the match by winning the next two ends. The teams then traded singles before the match was decided by a measure at the last end where it was Basil Baird who came out on top winning 7-6.

The second match saw Alan Russell's team win the first end with a single. Graham Young's team was to score ten points in the next three ends. A two by Alan's team followed by a two from Graham's team saw the came conceded with Graham Young winning 13-3.
