Two at the Top of Stoddart

 David Baird got the Stoddart Cup underway with a good win over Scot Baird. The game was tied after three ends before David's team won the next three ends. Scott's team won the last end but it wasn't enough as David's team ran out 10-4 winners.  

The second match saw Alan Russell's team lead 7-2 at the halfway. Graham Young's team didn't give up and won the last three ends to tie the match at 7-7.

Stewart Barr raced into a 6-0 lead over Basil Baird's team. The last four ends were exchanged with singles giving Stewart's team an 8-2 victory.
