Midcalder Come Out On Top Eventually At Gathering
Midcalder Curling Club was taking part in this seasons Edinburgh International Curlers Gathering.
The team of Harry Macpherson, Ian Provan, Douglas Burns, Adam Keron, Ian Keron and Andrew Keron played six matches over three days.
Midcalder didn't get off to a great start losing to DAFS, Melville (USA) and Curling Stones (Switzerland). The results meant Midcalder were placed in Group G for the final three game, which they won all three games 8-0 vs Boswell, 8-7 vs Alba and 6-3 vs Duddingston/ Aegon. The game against Alba was the Greatest comeback ever!
