Russell Moves To Bottom Of Stoddart

The relegation battle heated up once more in week 7 of the Stoddart Cup. Alan Russell's team team dropped to the bottom of the league after losing heavily to Basil Bairds's Team skipped by Scott Baird on the night. A strong performance from Basil's team on the night saw them lead 7-0 after 4 ends and never looked back winning 8-1 overall.
Stewart Barr's team moved off the bottom of the league with a convincing win over second placed John Baird. Stewart's team won the first six end's to lead 10-0, before John got a one in the last end.
